Ordering & Pan-India Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days for South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) and 3 to 6 business days for the rest of India depending on the pin code.
Once your parcel is dispatched via our courier partners, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your AWB tracking link. You can also track your live shipment directly from your VAJ Bakers Mart Account Dashboard.
Standard shipping across India starts at ₹60 for lightweight parcels. Final courier fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination pin code.

Product Quality & Mould Usage
Yes. All silicone chocolate moulds and cake moulds sold at VAJ Bakers Mart are crafted from premium heat-resistant silicone. They are heat-resistant up to 230°C and freezer-safe down to -40°C, making them ideal for ovens, microwaves, and blast chillers.
Wash silicone moulds in warm soapy water using a soft sponge. Avoid sharp scourers or knives. Allow them to air-dry completely and store them flat or stacked in a cool, dust-free place to preserve their shape and non-stick release properties.

Returns & Replacements
We pack all delicate baking items with bubble protection. In the rare event of transit damage or receiving an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video via WhatsApp (+91 96299 39029) or email (info@vajbakersmart.in) for immediate free replacement or refund.
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, standard return and cancellation terms apply as detailed in our Refund Policy.
