1. Order Cancellations

Orders placed at VAJ Bakers Mart can be cancelled within 2 hours of order placement or before the package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take extreme care in packaging your baking tools, moulds, and supplies. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear unboxing photos/videos of the damaged item and outer packaging to info@vajbakersmart.in or WhatsApp +919629939029.
• Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or initiate a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, the following product categories are non-returnable once opened:

• Edible products (cake premixes, essences, gel colors, chocolates, sprinkles, glazes).
• Customized acrylic cake toppers or cutouts made to order.
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Razorpay/PhonePe UPI, Card, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an automated email/SMS confirmation once the credit is completed.
